We are LearnZone Media business partnership. We are the organisation which owns www.learnzonemedia.co.uk and all of its associated websites on different domains.

Information We Collect

We only collect information about you if we have a reason to do so–for example, to provide our Services, to communicate with you, or to make our Services better.

Personal Information Collected - Order Forms

With the exception of credit card info, we store the information from your order form to allow us to track consulting issues or refer to a previous order to help provide some customer service. You may elect to have your information completely removed from this system by e-mailing us via the contact form found on our website with your request. We do not store any type of credit card information.

Payments

Payments for our services are handled by Stripe and PayPal who act on our behalf as online payment processors. As such, no payment details are handled by us and we will only receive basic information about our customers (such as name, email address and user name).

LMS platform

We use Teachable as the platform on which to deliver our online courses. This is because Teachable is an online course creation platform designed to deliver the best user experience possible as seamlessly as possible.

Online Class Email Lists

When you register for an online class you are automatically added to that classes email list to receive communications from the instructor relating the class. You may opt out of receiving messages from us. Just follow the instructions in those messages. If you opt out, we may still send you other messages, like those about your account and legal notices.


Information Correction or Removal


If you wish to correct, update or remove any information about you that may be in our records, please send us e-mail via the contact form found on this website. Alternatively you could call us on our telephone number or send us a letter to our business address with the details of your request.
