EAL Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (Buildings, Structures and the Environment)
(C&G 2357 equivalent)
This qualification is intended for candidates already working within the electrical industry and it is designed specifically for those with less than 5 years experience and working towards, or recently completed, their L2 & L3 Diplomas.
In order to cover the knowledge units required you must already hold qualifications such as the C&G 2360 Part 2, or C&G 2330 Level 2 or Level 3; or C&G 2365 Level 3; or other equivalents.
You are also required to hold the 18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations qualification before commencing with your NVQ Level 3.
The last unit of this qualification is the AM2 assessment which can be taken locally all over the UK. Once your portfolio is complete (together with the AM2 assessment) you will receive your NVQ Level 3 Diploma which is a requirement for the JIB ECS Gold Card.
For those with more than 5 years experience with completed L2 & L3 Diplomas, the EAL Level 3 Diploma in Electrotechnical Services Experienced Worker Assessment Route (ETS3) might be a more suitable option (coming soon).
A few key points about this ePortfolio qualification:
My name is Martyn Isherwood, a fully qualified electrician, tutor, and assessor with over 20 years of combined industry experience.
I will help you achieve the all-important NVQ Level 3 qualification in order to obtain your JIB ECS Gold Card. We will do this by working together, with me compiling your NVQ portfolio. This will be through the use of remote online observations and an occasional professional discussion. Together we can make the NVQ process a painless, fast, and easily obtainable qualification.
You will be guided through the process from start to finish and all the paperwork will be documented, then processed for you. All I require from you is the submission of your photographic evidence to support your qualification and your signature on some paperwork. I will complete the majority of the NVQ paperwork periodically.
This will allow you to concentrate on what really matters, which is the electrical work that you undertake at your day to day job.
